Healthy pancake/waffle recipe

So, this is way off topic, but I had to share this recipe I came up with!

Combine in a large bowl:
1/2 c all purpose flour
1/2 c whole wheat flour
1/2 c quick oats
1 3/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp brewers yeast
2 Tbsp flax seed meal
1/2 tsp cinnamon

then melt:
3 Tbsp butter or margarine
and add to that,
3 Tbsp honey.
pour the butter and honey into:
1 1/2 c milk

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, and mix well.
Let it sit for 5 minutes, it will thicken a little.
Then cook your pancakes or waffles as usual!
These are especially tasty with a little butter or margarine, and some fruit spread on top!
